All our meals are gluten free, which is excluding a mixture of proteins found in wheat and all of its species and hybrids.


Ketogenic is a term for a low-carbohydrate diet. The meals are designed for you to get more calories from protein and fat and less from carbohydrates. This diet is designed to increase your metabolism and fat burn.


Also called the Caveman Diet or the Stone Age diet, the meals are basically a high-protein, high-fiber eating plan that promises you can lose weight without cutting calories.

Low Carb

A low-carb meal limits carbohydrates, such as those found in grains, starchy vegetables and fruit and emphasizes foods high in protein and fat. The idea behind the low-carb diet is that decreasing carbs prevent blood sugar spikes, which causes the body to burn stored fat for energy and ultimately leads to weight loss.

We remove the oxygen in the container, and replaced it with a mixture of gases which helps to slow the natural breakdown of food products. This process is super safe and allows food to last longer without the use of preservatives
