GLUTEN FREE

All our meals are gluten free, which is excluding a mixture of proteins found in wheat and all of its species and hybrids.

Low Sodium

These meals focus on whole grains, fruits, veggies, and lean proteins, as well as limiting sodium and foods that are high in calories.

Type 2 Diabetes

We've designed these meals to include complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, whole wheat, quinoa, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, beans, and lentils. These meals exclude simple carbohydrates, which are processed, and causes a spike in blood sugar.

Obesity

These meals are designed to keep calories low. Nutrient dense foods including fruits, vegetables, complex carbohydrates and lean proteins will energize you and your metabolism while keeping your calorie intake low.

Keto

Ketogenic is a term for a low-carbohydrate diet. The meals are designed for you to get more calories from protein and fat and less from carbohydrates. This diet is designed to increase your metabolism and fat burn.

Paleo

Also called the Caveman Diet or the Stone Age diet, the meals are basically a high-protein, high-fiber eating plan that promises you can lose weight without cutting calories.

Low Carb

A low-carb meal limits carbohydrates, such as those found in grains, starchy vegetables and fruit and emphasizes foods high in protein and fat. The idea behind the low-carb diet is that decreasing carbs prevent blood sugar spikes, which causes the body to burn stored fat for energy and ultimately leads to weight loss.

Vegan

Veganism is defined as a way of living that attempts to exclude all forms of animal exploitation and cruelty, whether for food, clothing or any other purpose. For these reasons, the vegan diet is devoid of all animal products, including meat, eggs and dairy.

Vegetarian

The vegetarian meal involves abstaining from eating meat, fish and poultry. People often adopt a vegetarian diet for religious or personal reasons, as well as ethical issues, such as animal rights.

High Cholesterol

These meals are rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and good fats can help lower what's sometimes called “bad cholesterol.” You may hear your doctor call it “LDL cholesterol.” You have a greater chance of getting heart disease when your LDL level gets too high. We want LDL low and HDL high.

Dairy Free

A lactose free meal means eating foods that have no lactose. Lactose is a sugar that is a normal part of milk products. Some people do not break down lactose well, causing inflammation and discomfort.

Freshly Cooked, Flush Sealed & Delivered

Meals are delivered every Thursday

Our Gourmet Chefs freshly prepare, cook and flush seal every single meal, that will stay fresh in your refrigerator until the following Saturday.  We use an innovative way of packaging called MAP to deliver the desired shelf life of our meals. We remove the oxygen in the container, and replaced it with a mixture of gases which helps to slow the natural breakdown of food products. This process is super safe and allows food to last longer without the use of preservatives
