Consistency is Key

Think big picture here – One healthy meal doesn’t make you healthy and one unhealthy meal doesn’t make you unhealthy.  The lifestyle and food choices we make daily are what lead us to feeling healthy and fit, and when our poor lifestyle and unhealthy food choices become too frequent that’s when we begin feeling unhealthy and out of shape. 

Think 80/20, if 80% of the time we are eating healthy foods and finding time to be active, that other 20% of the time can be spent enjoying our indulgences in moderation. We’re human, we have good days and bad days and that’s ok. 

Let’s not be so hard on ourselves if we slip up, there is no need to feel guilty, we are always one meal, one day away from getting right back on track!
