New Year New You
What is your New Year’s resolution?
Not that it’s the only time to make a resolution or set a goal, but turning the calendar to a new year brings new opportunities and challenges. Be sure to set SMART goals to optimize your chance for success. SPECIFIC, MERAURABLE, ATTAINABLE, REALISTIC and TIME-BASED. Saying you want to simply be healthier, lose weight or save more money is too vague. Think about how you are going to execute you plan act on it. Maybe you think less about the big picture goal and focus on this month, or week and even just today. Be sure to track your progress and celebrate the small accomplishments. Remember, slow progress is better than no progress!
