Darren Burke
- Director Of Nutrition & Exercise Science
Darren is a local Gloucester resident who has his Masters Degree in Exercises Science and Nutrition. He has been working as a Nutritionist, Health Coach and Personal Trainer for 10 years. He has taught, coached and advised his clients to better health doing everything short of shopping for, preparing, cooking, and hand delivering healthy foods right to their front door. Well, that time has finally come.
Randy Williams
- Culinary Director
Randy is a local Haverhill resident and is a Culinary graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Randall had the opportunity to spend several years in Providence, honing his skills in various food settings and working under some of the best chefs in the country. Throughout his years in the field Randall has developed his own signature style. Taking the teachings of past chef mentors and doing some experimenting of his own, he's become a well-rounded chef in the industry.
Michael De Carvalho

Michael is a local Manchester by the Sea resident who has been in the financial industry for most of his career. He’s also been an entrepreneur since a very young age, owning several businesses that were in the real estate, restaurant and nutritional supplement industries.
